Class Description


Ongoing Scene Study for Adults

Ongoing acting classes, meeting both weekly and twice weekly, for 3 hours, focusing on Scene Study. Students will work alone and in pairs with scenes from Stage, Major Motion Pictures, Hit Television Shows, Commercials and Indies. Class size is limited so students will get to work at each and every class. Students will be taught to utilize a variety of acting techniques to allow them to create strong, grounded and consistent performances. Students will be challenged through a variety of exercises in order to build confidence, flexibility and communication skills.  Students will be taught the "whys" and "hows" of on-camera and theatrical acting techniques, that they will be able to apply to any situation. Classwork will be tailored to each students individual needs and talents. 

Scene Study for Teens ages 14-18

A three week session, meeting two times per week, for 3 hours, focusing on Scene Study. Students will work alone and in pairs with scenes from Stage, Major Motion Pictures, Hit Television Shows, Commercials and Indies. Class size is limited so students will get to work at each and every class. Students will be taught to utilize a variety of acting techniques to allow them to create strong, grounded and consistent performances. Acting for Tweens ages 8 -13

A three week session, meeting once a week, for 2 hours, focusing on Scene Study. Students will work alone and in pairs with age appropriate scenes from Stage, Major Motion Pictures, Hit Television Shows, Commercials and Indies. Class size is limited so students will get to work at each and every class. Students will be taught to utilize a variety of acting techniques to allow them to create strong, grounded and consistent performances. The class gives students a way to explore their creativity in a safe and supportive environment. Students will be challenged through a variety of fun exercises in order to build confidence and remove the self-consciousness that often hinders actors of this age group.  Focus will be on theatrical and on-camera acting techniques. Classwork will be tailored to each students individual needs and talents.

Please note: Summer Session classes do not require and audition for placement. 
All classes are mixed level.

For Adults over 18.
Younger students allowed with permission of parents & instructor.

Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
7:00 to 10:00 PM.
Ongoing schedule. Start at any time.
